ORDER PROCESS & SHIPPING

Order Processing
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive a notification and tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping
At this time, we only offer standard shipping to Canada and the U.S. Shipping is calculated at checkout and is based on weight and the destination country. Tracking numbers will be provided so you can keep an eye out for your surprise!

Taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer and are paid at the time of delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Items are priced in Canadian dollars. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Policy
Full priced merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 15 days from the shipment date. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items past the 15 day period. Sale merchandise is final sale.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Instructions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. To complete your return please email us with your order number and we will email you instructions to initiate the process. 

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Courier charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages of returned items. We advise that you retain a tracking number from your selected courier.
